David Carwitz – President, ISS
David Carwitz is a recognized leader in the information technology and accounting and finance segment of the staffing services industry. Mr. Carwitz is known nationally for producing extraordinary results for the leaders, employers, and investors of corporate accounts. He has procured international accounts including Hewlett-Packard, Lucent, Honeywell, and Microsoft.
Mr. Carwitz successfully founded a technical publishing and staffing services company, Adaptive Consulting, Inc., in October of 1998. The Company enjoyed record growth and was recognized in 2001 by the Arizona Business Journal as the 15th fastest growing technology service provider in Arizona. The Company was purchased in 2004 by a local Arizona solutions company. Mr. Carwitz has been involved in corporate consulting until his most recent venture as a partner in International Staffing Services, Inc.
Mr. Carwitz career development includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Professional Access, a consulting services company based in Hong Kong. During that time, Mr. Carwitz successfully opened 8 offices throughout the U.S. He also served in executive positions for Tad Information Services and Volt Information Sciences. While at Volt, he was responsible for developing a strategic partnership with Microsoft to establish and manage their call centers in Tucson, Arizona, in support of their next generation software.
His work with organizations has been forged in the management of his own ventures, as well as a business development consultant, seminar leader, and educator. He is recognized as an innovator and an expert coach in an emerging body of work relating to managing and directing complex change initiatives, which impacts the performance, profitability, and satisfaction of his clients and employees. In 1996, he secured one of only two international IBM BEST Team Partnerships and Certifications to provide staffing related services.
Mr. Carwitz holds an honors B.S. degree in Public Administration and Justice Studies from Arizona State University, with postgraduate work in Law and International Business.
